Vietnamese Sushi
1) Wet one side of banh trang (rice paper) and lay the dry side down on a plate.
2) Wet another banh trang on both sides and put it on top of the first. (It's going to be doubly stronger on the outside)
3) Put in a square of white rice inthe middle of the banh trang.
4) Place the inside ingedients (meat, fish, or veggies) in the center.
5) Roll it up as you would a goi cuon. (Don't forget to fold the insides!)
6) Serve immediately with soy sauce (or fishsauce) and hot sauce.
